Most arm care programs are built around the shoulder. The Elbow Enforcer is built around the elbow, specifically the forearm muscles and tendons that absorb force every time you throw.
What it does
It strengthens the dynamic stabilizers of the medial elbow: the muscles and tendons that take the brunt of stress during layback and acceleration. These are the structures that fail. The Elbow Enforcer trains them directly.
It works across 13 movement patterns, including pronation, ulnar deviation, finger flexion, and combination movements that no band or traditional tool can replicate. Rotation is adjustable in 10-degree increments.
Why it's different
Bands and standard arm care miss the elbow entirely. The Elbow Enforcer is the only device on the market that strengthens the forearm in all planes of motion, targeting the Flexor Digitorum Superficialis, the one muscle group proven to provide dynamic stability to the medial elbow joint.
It was built by Lee Fiocchi, former MLB Strength & Conditioning Coach, for the specific structural demands of pitchers and throwing athletes.
